| The type of licensing model will this control be sold under? Also, what is the estimated price range? It seems silly for me to try to develop software around a control that we may not even be able to afford. Any info would be great.

The licensing and the pricing is going to be similar to ViewerX. Hence the licensing is going to be per developer and the runtime license is gonna be free. This means that you may redistribute ServerX with your application free of charge.
The price is going to be in around $350.
