Actually, the VNC Manager have had similar feature for about two years already.

Hey guys,

Something else that would be an excellent feature would be the ability to connect a VPN (and maybe even automate disconnect) when connecting to servers. The ability to assign a VPN connection to a folder would make life so much easier.
